Review
InuYasha is an action/romance/comedy anime. It features a boy named InuYahsha who lives during the
feudal age of Japan and a 15 year old girl named Kagoume who lives during the present day Tokyo (Japan) with her family (whom
are the care takers of an ancient shrine). InuYasha is a half demon (and half human) who has incredible strength. He and his
love interest were tricked into a brutal misunderstanding that led them to dispise each other. InuYasha tried to rob
Kikyo (the name of his crush) of the sacred jewel that her family guarded in their shrine. It would give him the chance to
become either full demon or full human. Because of his misunderstanding, his heart had become rather cold and he planned on
using the jewel to become full demon (which would up his strength, but make him a heartless monster). Kikyo pinned him to
a tree with a magic arrow and then died mysteriously shortly after. The arrow ridded InuYasha of his strength and kept him
pinned to the tree for 50 years. 50 years later, Kogoume steps into the scene. One day on her way to school she sees her brother
Sota in the family shrine. She goes to investigate on what he's up to and learns that the family cat Buyo wandered into the
shrine. When the cat is found, they go to leave the shrine when all of a sudden the well in the shrine opens up and a mysterious
creature pulls Kagoume into the shrine. She magically gets transported into the feudal age of Japan. Shortly after ward she
learns of InuYasha. Then the monster that pulled her into the well comes back attacking the local village seeking Kagoume
and demanding her for the sacred jewel. Kagoume has no idea what the monster is talking about and makes a run for it. She
gets attacked by the monster and it rips a pink jewel right out of the side of her belly. The jewel is none other than the
sacred jewel. the monster swallows it and becomes stronger. Kagoume decides that she has to other choice for survival that
to free InuYasha. InuYasha finishes off the monster and Kagoume retrieves the jewel from the monster's remains. Then InuYasha
demands that Kagoume hand over the jewel to him or he'll kill her. Confused, she runs for it. The adventure is just beginning.
Soon Kagoume will learn that she is the reincarnation of Kikyo and she also gains control over InuYasha. Do to a an accident,
the jewel has also been shattered into tons of little shards. Kagoume must team up with InuYasha to collect the jewel shards
while she also tries to restore InuYasha to the way he was before he filled himself with hatred. The show is awesome and any
