Review
Square now presents another new RPG, only this one has
classic Disney characters as well as Final Fantasy characters and appeals to all ages.
It goes by the name of Kingdom Hearts, and man let me tell you, it is sweet! Graphics are pretty good, in
a cartoony way that captures the magic of all the Disney characters and worlds greatly. This is a
great game that contains the loved magic of the greats, namely Squaresoft and Disney. Gamers will love it
for all the great action-type role-playing gameplay. Disney fans will love it 'cause it has Goofy in it (not to mention tons
of other Disney faves). The game also features a nice musical score and tons of voice acting
(even more than the Japanese version). The only major complaints with this game are the sometimes awkward
camera, The Little Mermaid level (nightmare controls underwater), and the Gumi Ship customizer.
But all in all, you'll love Kingdom Hearts anyway. Can anybody say "sequal please!". I wouldn't be
surprised if there is one someday 'cause this game is selling like there's no tomarrow (this was written in October 2002,
the month this game was released, so if you're reading this in 2005, it may be a little out of date. Don't blame us.).
