Dance Dance Revolution Konamix (PS one) Preview

DDR Konamix is a great game for those who either 1) want something new other than the same-old beat 'em ups and Tony Hawks 2) want a follow-up to the original DDR, or 3) want a good dancing game. Tons of songs are available to dance to and more can be unlocked. You'll get the most enjoyment out of it with a dance pad. Arrows quickly appear on the screen and you must step on those arrows on the dance pad. It's very difficult at first. It may take you a long time before you get good at it. There are tons of different modes to choose from including the arcade mode and a work out mode which actually counts how many calories your burning while you play. The graphics aren't the best, but these kind of games are based on gameplay and music. You won't even notice the graphics most of the time, you'll be looking at the arrows to see what to do next. If your not sure if you'll like it, rent it first or try the arcade version before you buy it. Everybody else, buy it!
